Kanye West Faces New Allegations: Former Assistant Accuses Rapper of Sexual Assault in Amended Lawsuit

Former assistant Lauren Pisciotta expands lawsuit against Kanye West, alleging forced sexual acts, harassment, and misconduct during her employment between 2021 and 2022.

Lauren Pisciotta expands her legal complaint against Kanye West to include claims of sexual battery, assault, and “oral rape,” adding to growing controversies surrounding the rapper

Kanye West, the Grammy-winning rapper and designer who legally changed his name to Ye, is facing grave new allegations from his former personal assistant. Lauren Pisciotta, who originally filed a lawsuit in June 2024 citing harassment, has now submitted an amended complaint accusing West of sexual assault, sexual battery, and what she describes as “oral rape.”

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Pisciotta alleges that during her employment with West from 2021 to 2022, she endured repeated non-consensual sexual advances and explicit behavior from the artist. The complaint outlines multiple disturbing incidents, including claims that West exposed himself, groped her, and forcibly performed sex acts without her consent.

One of the most serious accusations involves an alleged incident where West “thrust his penis repeatedly into Ms. Pisciotta’s face against her will,” ultimately forcing it into her mouth despite her pleas to stop. Pisciotta recounts being “frozen in shock and fear,” stating that the assault only ceased after West apologized and left her hotel room.

Other claims include an attempt at vaginal penetration, forced kissing, being locked in a bedroom to watch West masturbate, and being grabbed by the throat at a concert. The complaint also alleges a campaign of harassment initiated by West through a third party, leading to a series of “alarming and intrusive visits” from law enforcement and other officials to her residence.

When Pisciotta first brought her allegations forward in 2024, a legal representative for West categorically denied them, accusing her of “blackmail and extortion.” At the time, West’s team indicated plans to file a countersuit.

As of now, West’s attorneys have not responded to the latest allegations.

These developments arrive amid escalating controversies for the artist, who recently released a track titled “Heil Hitler” following a string of antisemitic remarks and public backlash over a swastika-emblazoned T-shirt. His public and legal troubles have only intensified since then, casting a long shadow over his music and fashion endeavors.

The latest legal filing could mark a critical turning point in the ongoing scrutiny of West’s behavior and the consequences that may follow. Pisciotta’s attorneys have not commented further, but the seriousness and specificity of the new charges are likely to invite broader legal and public attention in the weeks ahead.
